These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a binding legal agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “User”) and Bulk RUO Peptides (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the website located at bulkruopeptides.com, including all content, functionality, forms, quote requests, and wholesale application tools made available on it (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Site in any way, including without limitation submitting a wholesale application or a bulk pricing quote request, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Site.
The Site and the products and services described on it are offered exclusively to legitimate businesses, laboratories, and institutions operating within one of the designated business categories recognized by the Company, as identified on the Site’s wholesale application form. By using the Site, you represent and warrant, as a condition of that use, that you and the entity you represent fall within one of the following categories, and no other:
The Site is not directed at, and may not be used by, individual consumers, or by any person or entity that does not fall within one of the categories listed above. This representation applies to every visitor and customer, without exception, and is a material condition of your right to access and use the Site. If you and the entity you represent do not fall within one of the categories listed above, you are not authorized to use the Site and must discontinue use immediately.
All products referenced or offered through the Site are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory and analytical research use by qualified professionals and institutions. The products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements; are not evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other regulatory authority; and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Products must not be used for human or animal consumption, administration, or any other in-vivo purpose. By using the Site, you agree that any products obtained through it will be used solely for lawful research purposes consistent with this restriction.
You must be at least 21 years of age to use the Site or to submit a wholesale application or quote request. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and that you are acquiring information or products on behalf of, and with the authority to bind, the business, laboratory, or institution you represent.
The Site provides tools for submitting a wholesale account application and for requesting bulk pricing quotes. Submitting either form constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and the representations set out in Sections 2, 3, and 4 above, and authorizes the Company to contact you regarding your request. Submission of a quote request or application is an inquiry only; it is not an order, invoice, or binding sale, and no transaction is formed unless and until the Company and you separately agree to specific pricing, quantities, and terms in writing.
The Company reserves the right to accept or decline any wholesale application or quote request, and to request additional information to verify that an applicant satisfies the eligibility requirements described in Section 2, in its sole discretion.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your acquisition, handling, storage, transport, and use of any products or information obtained through the Site complies with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, regulatory, or medical advice.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without the Company’s prior written consent.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms, including any misrepresentation regarding your eligibility under Section 2, or your misuse of any products or information obtained through the Site.
The Company may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. Changes are effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state in which the Company maintains its principal place of business, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
